I’m a marketing and operations professional with experience supporting brand growth through digital content, website management, and client engagement initiatives. Skilled in creating visually compelling content, optimizing user experience, and leveraging performance data to drive business growth and increase client acquisition.
MY STORY
I started as a telehealth project assistant, where I was exposed to digital workflows, user experience, and how systems impact real people. I later transitioned into a clinic coordinator role at a newly opened medical spa, where the owner was building everything from scratch. While the space and services felt luxurious, the website didn’t reflect that at all. I took the initiative to redesign it, teaching myself Squarespace, UX/UI design, and conversion-focused strategy on the spot, and created a modern, elevated site that aligned with the brand.
That experience sparked my interest in web design and showed me how much impact it can have on a business. From there, I was trusted with more responsibility in business operations. I identified inefficiencies, improved workflows, and implemented systems that helped the clinic run more smoothly and grow.
What began as a small initiative turned into a passion for combining design and strategy to create meaningful, scalable results.
