A med spa that deserved a website as premium as its treatments
Meraki Skin Clinic is a luxury medical aesthetics clinic in Markham, Ontario, offering treatments from Botox and dermal fillers to microneedling and skin boosters. Their in-person experience is polished and precise — but their original website didn't reflect that.
THE GOAL
build a website that communicates premium quality at first glance, makes booking frictionless, and builds trust with high-intent clients who are comparing clinics before committing.

Competitor audit of 12 luxury clinics globally. Client interviews to understand booking friction points. Defined three core user journeys: first-time visitor, returning client, and gift purchase.

Brand Direction
Established a design language rooted in the tactile luxury of the space itself — warm cream backgrounds evoking linen, deep forest green anchoring the brand, Cormorant Garamond for elegance, Inter for clarity in UI contexts.
Information Architecture
Restructured site navigation from 14 top-level pages to 5. Moved 'Book Now' into persistent view across all breakpoints. Created a treatment taxonomy that mirrors how clients actually think about aesthetics (by concern, not procedure name).
Built a full component library in Figma — 80+ components. Prototyped the complete booking flow end-to-end with micro-interactions. Ran two rounds of usability testing with 8 participants.
Delivered developer-ready specs, motion guidelines, and a living design system. Collaborated with the dev team through QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
