A med spa that deserved a website as premium as its treatments

Brighter Smile is a certified teeth whitening service run by Vicky Do, CDAII — a practitioner with 10+ years of clinical dentistry experience. The site needed to feel clean, trustworthy, and approachable: not sterile like a dental office, but not gimmicky like a strip kit brand either. The result strikes that balance — sky blue warmth, confident typography, and a frictionless path from landing to booking.

THE CHALLENGE

The brief was to create a site that builds immediate trust for a solo practitioner in a space where clients are skeptical of unqualified providers. It had to communicate clinical credibility (Vicky's CDAII certification, 10+ years experience) while feeling warm and welcoming — not cold or intimidating.

Handoff & Launch

Mapped the client journey from first Google search to post-treatment. Identified three high-anxiety moments: 'Is this safe?', 'What results will I get?', and 'How much does it cost?' — each needed to be addressed within the first scroll.

Brand Direction

Built around a sky blue and white palette evoking cleanliness and calm — a deliberate move away from the sterile blues of medical brands and toward something closer to a spa. The glowing wordmark logo adds a subtle 'bright' effect that reinforces the brand promise.


Information Architecture

Structured the homepage to answer the three anxiety questions in order: Meet Your Technician (credibility), How It Works (safety/process), Treatments (results + pricing). The before/after gallery was moved earlier in the scroll to provide visual proof before the ask.


Built on Squarespace with custom CSS overrides. The booking portal, e-commerce shop (whitening kits), and Instagram embed were all integrated natively. Aftercare page built as a standalone resource to reduce post-treatment support queries.


Soft-launched with Vicky's existing client base, gathered feedback over two weeks, then refined the treatment card copy and CTA placement before public launch.
